NCAA Rules and Regulations 

Institutional staff members or representatives of its athletics interest shall not employ or give free or reduced admission privileges to a high school, preparatory school or two-year college athletics award winner.

"Senior prospective student athletes" shall not be permitted to enroll, participate or be employed on an institution's summer sports camp. The definition of a senior prospective student athlete is "one who is available for admission to a member institution or has started his senior year in high school".

The Dabo Swinney Football Camp is open to any and all with entrance limited only by number and age.
