| A. | Check-In for both sessions of the Youth Camp will be from 8:00am- 9:45am at Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. |
| Q. | What time and where is check-in for High School Camp Sessions 1 & 2? |
| A. | Check-In for the High School camps will be from 11am- 1pm at Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. |
| Q. | What time is check out for the High School Camp? |
| A. | Check out for high school camp will be right before lunch time (Between 11:00am and11:30am) |
| Q. | What time is check-out for Youth Camp? |
| A. | Check-out will be at 4:30. Commuters and Evening Commuters will be dismissed to their parents on the practice fields. Resident Campers will head back to the dorms to get their belongings and the parents will pick them up at the dorms. |
| Q. | What are the hours for an evening commuter attending the Youth Camp? |
| A. | The hours on the first day for an evening commuter will run from 8am until 9pm that night. On the 2nd day, the hours will be from 9am to 4:30pm. |
| Q. | What is included in the Resident Camper's cost? |
| A. | The cost for a resident camper includes all meals, all practices, and staying in the dorm. Everything is covered in the cost when attending camp as a resident camper. |
| Q. | What does a Resident Camper need to bring with him for Camp? |
| A. | As a Resident Camper, these are the things that he would need: 1.) sleeping bag or sheets with pillow 2.) cleats and extra pair of shoes to be worn in dining hall. (CLEATS MAY NOT BE WORN IN DINING HALLS) 3.) Personal Items to get ready in the morning (tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, towel, etc.) 4.) shorts & t-shirts (Workout clothes) ** Campers do not need computers, IPODS, etc. If they bring these items they are responsible for them** |
| Q. | What equipment is required for YOUTH CAMP? |
| A. | The only equipment required is workout clothes and a pair of cleats. This is a non-contact camp. |
| Q. | What equipment is required for HIGH SCHOOL CAMP? |
| A. | The only equipment required for High School Camp is: |
| Q. | Can I request a roommate? |
| A. | There is a roommate space on the application. If both campers list each other in the roommate request space they are assured to be placed together. Two campers will not be placed together if they do not make the note on both of the applications. |
| Q. | How many campers are in a room? |
| A. | There are two campers per room. |
| Q. | What kind of supervision can I expect in the dorms? |
| A. | There will be 2 to 3 coaches staying on each floor of the dorm. The kids will be supervised at ALL times. |
| Q. | Should I send extra money or snacks with my camper? |
| A. | Campers do not need cash. Pizza and drink coupons will be sold at check-in. This snack will be provided after the 9:00pm practice. You are more than welcome to send some cash or snacks with the camper but it is not needed. |
| Q. | Are the campers divided by age or position during practices? |
| A. | At all of the camps, the campers will be divided first by grade and then by position. You will never have a 2nd grader paired with a 7th grader or an 8th grader paired with a 12th grader. |
| Q. | Do I have to have a completed medical form to attend camp? |
| A. | YES you must have a medical form filled out completely with doctor's signature for each camper. If a camper has had a physical within the last year, that will suffice for the doctor's signature. We just need a copy of the physical. (THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN KEEP YOUR CAMPER FROM PARTICIPATING IN CAMP.) |
| Q. | Does a camper have to have insurance to participate in camp? |
| A. | All campers must have insurance to be able to participate in the camp. This is one thing that will cause you to be turned away at the door. Contact us ahead of time if you need to sign up for temporary insurance that would cover the camper over the days of camp. Our hands are tied on the day of registration regarding insurance. |
| Q. | Is there a deadline to register for camp? |
| A. | We do not have a deadline for any of our football camps. We do accept walk-ups the day of registration. If you choose to walk-up the day of registration, you must have the following two things: 1.) You must have cash or money order 2.) You must have the medical form completely filled out. |
| Q. | Do you accept personal checks or credit cards on the day of registration? |
| A. | We ONLY accept cash, certified check or money order on the day of registration. No personal checks or credit cards will be taken. |
| Q. | Are the two sessions of the camp the exact same or are they different? |
| A. | For Youth Camp and High School Camp, both sessions of camp are the EXACT same. We just offer the camp at two different times for convenience. |
